Is it worth becoming an airbnb host in London?

In this video blog post I talk about whether it's worth becoming an airbnb host in London.

I get asked this question quite a lot in the last year or so. The main reason why our clients choose to become airbnb hosts is having the flexibility to use the property a few times a year. For example I have client who lives in Singapore, but comes back to London a few times a year and prefers to stay at this apartment. So the option of longer-term rentals is not available for him. Also during the months when the property is rented we generate on average 30% more than a longer-term rental would generate. So, overall even with using the property for two months a year this client still manages to general annual revenue similar to longer term model.

Now that we finally see the first signs of travel restrictions being lifted and experiencing a surge in booking for later in the spring and summer 2021. So if you're a property owner in London - please get in touch with us to discuss how we can help.
